Alkaline nut parmesan – Makes 1 small jar – great for sprinkling!
¾ cup of cashew nuts (you may also use blanched almonds, half pine nuts or half pecans)…
OK to soak nuts overnight in spring water
1/4 tsp garlic or ginger powder
½ tsp sea salt
3 tbsp nutritional yeast
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until fine crumbs form.
- Sprinkle on salads and soups, use as a topping on gratins, add to breads, or whenever you fancy a salty hit!
