Jayashree Mani has been a Certified Clinical Nutritionist for nearly 20 years. With a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, her career began with a focus on diabetes and weight management. She soon expanded into integrative nutrition and lifestyle management, and has been providing nutritional counseling and education to patients in various medical settings for more than 15 years.

With her expertise in the field of autoimmunity, she has also co-authored chapters and articles in key reference books and scientific journals and is a Certified Nutrition Specialist supervisor.

Dr. Joel Kahn, MD, FACC

Joel Kahn, MD, FACC of Detroit, Michigan, is a practicing cardiologist, and a Clinical Professor of Medicine at Wayne State University School of Medicine.  He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Michigan Medical School.

Known as “America’s Healthy Heart Doc”, Dr. Kahn has triple board certification in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Medicine and Interventional Cardiology.  He was the first physician in the world to certify in Metabolic Cardiology with A4M/MMI and the University of South Florida. He founded the Kahn Center for Cardiac Longevity in Bingham Farms, MI.
